Good dosage, easy to take, excellent for preventing colds. Flavor is good, easy to mix with a bottle of water to dilute.
I work with kids and find preventing essential. I can guarantee it will keep you from getting sick but it's the best line of defense we have.
Liposomal is a process where the vitamin is encased in an fat to help it through stomach acids intact. More research is needed there.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these, but the format was intriguing. I love that they come in tablet packs that travel well, or keep in your purse or glove box. They dissolve fairly fast with a nice effervescent foam. The flavor is a little concentrated, but tastes mostly of elderberry and dried fruit - like prunes. Very convenient and tastes great.
