Most reviews focus on taste. Ok, here's how to take this stuff: pour about a tablespoon of water in a small dosing cup, squeeze the exoflex packet into the water, down it in one shot (like a shot of tequila), immediately chase with water/juice. It's not that bad. Your joints will be happier.

It took a few weeks before I started to feel significant relief, but I’m glad I stuck with it. exoFlex+ has improved my joint mobility, and I can finally move without discomfort. It stated that its clinically proven to show results after 5 days of use. I would say that is about right.

Personally I dont like the fruit flavor but I am willing to look past it for the few seconds it takes to gulp this down. That and the results are 10/10, if only they could make the flavor better.

The 30 Single Serve Packets that come in the box are sealed well and very convenient. The ingredients are great and they’re made with a Liposomal Delivery System that protects the ingredients through the stomach acids to get them safely where they’re needed and they’re Nano sized to make them more easily utilized by the body. The Eggshell Membrane and their own BiovaFlex ingredients in it is a fine addition. All being said, I’m dedicated to taking and trying lots of different supplements that are specifically for the terribly stressed joints, bones and the rest of my body and this one has ingredients that I’ve found to be helpful throughout the years. I’m glad I tried it.
