I was excited to try this product for my son. He normally takes the standard melatonin gummies right before bed. Although, they do work, this seems to be more effective from what I can tell so far. After just melatonin, he has a tendency to toss and turn for a while before actually falling asleep. With this, his sleeping begins much faster and less time of restlessness, while he's trying to fall asleep. We're always looking for good solutions to help aide in his sleep quality. He has ADHD and his daily prescription medication makes sleeping and unwinding at night a bit challenging. That's why I was excited to try this! The only down side for him, is that he doesn't like the taste of it all. Next, I'm going to try and have him wash it down with something better flavored after drinking. But, so far from what I've seen, is this is a really good product for him. But, just like any other product, time will tell. Really satisfied with results so far. It is a little pricey, but if it works well and his sleep quality improves, it's definitely worth it for us!
