What are liposomal supplements?
Liposomal supplements use advanced technology to encapsulate nutrients in natural fat-based layers called liposomes. This allows the nutrients to bypass digestion and be absorbed directly into your cells for higher bioavailability and better results.
Why are liposomal supplements better than regular vitamins?
Traditional vitamins can break down in the digestive system before your body absorbs them. Liposomal delivery protects the nutrients and allows for up to 90% absorption — compared to 20% or less from standard pills or powders.
Do your products contain sugar, fillers, or artificial sweeteners?
No. All of our products are free from sugar, artificial sweeteners, fillers, or synthetic ingredients. We believe in clean formulations your body actually wants.
Can I take multiple products together?
Absolutely! Our liposomal supplements are designed to complement one another and can safely be taken together. In fact, combining products like Vitamin C and Glutathione or Sleep Support and exoFlex+ may enhance overall results.
That said, if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications, we always recommend checking with a healthcare provider.
Do I need to refrigerate your products?
Nope! Our products are shelf-stable and travel-friendly. Just rip and sip — no fridge needed. Try our new granule and effervescent tablets - all you need is a water bottle!
When will I see results?
Everyone’s body is different, but many customers notice improved energy, clarity, or immune support within a few days to a few weeks of consistent use.
Are your products made in Canada?
Yes! All of our products are proudly made in Canada in a state-of-the-art, Health Canada-licensed and FDA-registered facility. Quality and safety are our top priorities.
Are your products safe for kids?
While our supplements are made with clean ingredients, we recommend consulting a healthcare provider before giving them to children.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
We offer standard shipping (3-7 business days) and expedited shipping (2-3 business days) within Canada. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: Shipping time is separate from processing. Both happen Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the following business day.
For lost or damaged packages, contact us within 7 days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 8 days of the shipping date if you are unsatisfied with our product. Refunds are not available for items that are more than 80% consumed. A 15% restocking fee will apply to opened products.
To return by mail, please send the item prepaid via Canada Post and include your name and address on the label. We won't accept packages without this information.
Allow 2 weeks for processing. Our return policy may change without notice.
