Easy to take

Good dosage, easy to take, excellent for preventing colds. Flavor is good, easy to mix with a bottle of water to dilute.
I work with kids and find preventing essential. I can guarantee it will keep you from getting sick but it's the best line of defense we have.
Liposomal is a process where the vitamin is encased in an fat to help it through stomach acids intact. More research is needed there.

Where has this product been all my life?! LIterally took 2 tubes with me to Rome last month(caught a nasty cold) and these babies helped me get over it in no time. Immunity shots shots shots!!

I wasn't sure what to expect with these, but the format was intriguing. I love that they come in tablet packs that travel well, or keep in your purse or glove box. They dissolve fairly fast with a nice effervescent foam. The flavor is a little concentrated, but tastes mostly of elderberry and dried fruit - like prunes. Very convenient and tastes great.
