Keep it mixed and you’ll be good

Each packet has five grams of creatine and is supposed to be mixed into 16 oz of water. The loading phase (5 packets per day) is intense and I personally am maxing out at one packet per day (the ‘maintenance’ dosage). The material does separate a bit so you do need to swirl it or you’ll end up adding more water at the end.

Using to build up forearms to combat tennis elbow

As someone who has recently gotten back into golf, I've started experiencing some tennis elbow. After a ton of research, I learned strengthening my forearms was the best permanent solution. To enhance my forearm buildup, I decided to try a supplement to speed things up. I have taken creatine in the past as a dietary supplement post-work outs and it has helped me build mass quicker. At this point in my life, I'm not trying to build up super strength, so I am only taking this 1x per day after I workout my forearms. So far so good. Taste is really good. Reminds me a lot of Tang. If you don't mind a citrus flavor with some tart, this will be fine. I actually enjoy the taste. Mix it up well in water and take it towards the end of your workout and you should see results.

good flavour and mixes well

My wife wanted to use this to maintain and even gain muscle mass. She says that it has a good citrus flavor and mixes well. She likes the packets because they're pre-measured and easy to take with. She also claims that it gives her energy but she can't say for sure if it's that or other factors. The first time she tried it she mixed it with water and said it made her nauseous (like what happens to me if I take some supplements with and empty stomach). So she's been taking it with a shake or food and has not had any issues.
