After looking online for the best Glutathione supplment - the Aurora products came up. They have the highest dose of Glutathione on the market at 750mg. I didn’t expect to feel such a difference so quickly. The glutathione drink mix has boosted my immunity, and I feel more refreshed in the mornings.

Liposomal glutathione is one of the few oral forms of glutathione that has been proven to actually absorb into your body. The study done on it showing this is from 2019 and is called "Oral supplementation with liposomal glutathione elevates body stores of glutathione and markers of immune function." I've noticed that taking this keeps my energy levels up throughout the day. I've just been drinking it out of the packet. The top is difficult to rip off, so I've been cutting it off with scissors. It tastes a little bit sulfur-y; there's a little card that comes with it that actually says on it, "If you purchased glutathione, it has a sulfur-like taste." It's not too bad though. Totally do-able to drink it right out of the packet.

My family has been using Aurora Nutrascience Liposomal Glutathione for 6+ months now. My teens prefer the flavor of this glutathione to other brands we've tried in the past. My teens notice feeling a greater sense of wellbeing on the days they take this product, and I notice that they're less grumpy! ;) I find the individual serving packs really handy and easier than other brands where you have to squeeze out and individually measure the glutathione from a single bottle.
