Be careful if someone is not anemic and easily absorbs iron, because this vitamin with this dose can cause significant increases - my husband had exceeded ferritin and iron levels in a blood test. Vitamin also works. For me, with anemia, this concentration is perfect. Levels are rising. Vitamin C is worth the price.
