Return Policy

At Odeza, we are committed to providing quality products at an affordable price. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we may accept eligible returns within 10 days of the shipping date, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be requested for return within 10 days of the shipping date
  • be unopened, or
  • if opened, be less than 85% consumed

Opened Product Returns

Returns of opened products may be accepted at Odeza’s discretion.

For approved opened product returns there are 2 options:

  • store credit will be issued for the full approved amount
  • refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not provide refunds or store credit for:

  • products that are more than 85% consumed
  • returns requested after 10 days from the shipping date
  • packages sent without a name, order number and return address

Refunds and Store Credit

Approved returns may be issued as either:

  • store credit, or
  • a refund to the original payment method

Store credit is offered as a fee-free option. Store credit will only be issued once the return has been approved and the product has been received or otherwise verified by Odeza

Refunds or store credit will only be issued once the returned product has been received and reviewed.

Return Instructions

All returns by mail must be sent:

  • prepaid via Canada Post
  • with the customer’s name, order number and return address clearly listed on the package

Processing Time

  • Store credit may be issued once the return request is approved and the return has been confirmed according to Odeza’s return process
  • For refunds to the original payment method, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing once the returned product has been received and reviewed

Additional Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Odeza reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
